In 2012 the Canadian Society of Value Analysis held its annual conference for the first time in Western Canada – in Calgary, Alberta. The theme of the conference was: Delivering Value!

Today, more than ever, organizations are being called upon to deliver priority services and programs, and to do so with continually increasing expectations for quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.
Traditional approaches to delivering these services and programs are no longer sufficient. New tools are needed to meet Increasingly complex challenges. Value Analysis and Risk Analysis can:
