Renee is a Certified Value Specialist and the Managing Partner of RHA, with offices in Phoenix, Portland and Seattle. Renee is responsible for providing facilitation and training for Partnering, Value Engineering, Constructability, and Risk Analysis workshops, including alternative delivery methods throughout the U.S.A and abroad. She has led more than 3000 teams over 26 years, and is currently the Executive Vice President of SAVE International and the past President of the Arizona SAVE Chapter.

Dr. AbouRizk is an award-winning pioneer in construction simulation and risk management. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada and holds the prestigious Canada Research Chair in Operation Simulation at the University of Alberta. Dr. AbouRizk founded SMA Consulting Ltd. in 1995 with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing risk for clients on every project, providing high-quality support for construction front-end planning and delivering specialty consulting and advisory services based on cutting-edge research. Dr. AbouRizk has led some of Edmonton’s most complex projects, including every LRT project in the last 15 years, along with bridges, highways, tunnels, drainage, airports, and more.
