Facilitation is one of the critical skills necessary to effectively manage the VM process and, especially, a value study team. This Value Voices session will discuss the alignment between the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Core Competencies, and the steps in the VM Job Plan. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of neutrality in one’s role as a  Study facilitator. View the presentation in publications
