Description:

(This event will be in French.)

Collaboration is very much in vogue right now, especially in the construction industry. However, it doesn't come easily and often requires sustained effort. With working from home on the rise and set to remain a reality for the next few years, the challenge of bringing collaboration to remote teams is growing.
To address this challenge, several digital platforms and tools have been developed, but existing tools and processes should not be discarded.
Value analysis is one of the most powerful tools that, in addition to optimizing projects, greatly improves collaboration within work teams.
