In this presentation Mr. Taylor will describe opportunities for project delivery where the use of smaller teams for constructability or value engineering can be completed using web based techniques to deliver more cost effect projects. The presentation will describe projects that have been completed pretender and post tender to achieve cost control in time where we also are face with affordability issues for municipalities. In the future these can be completed via web based interfaces.
