The 2010 Canadian Society of Value Analysis annual conference was held in Montreal on November 15th and 16th. The conference highlighted how Value Analysis/Value Engineering/Value Management is an effective strategy to enable governments, businesses and other organizations to successfully participate to the economic recovery by maximizing value in their projects, products and services.

Value Analysis combines the power of the synergy, creativity and the experience of the multi-disciplinary team members and the use of function analysis as the basis for consideration of alternate solutions. The 2010 CSVA conference brought together representatives from government, industry and practitioners to demonstrate the use of Value Analysis in:
