Metrolinx Value Management Vendor of Record




Metrolinx (An Agency of the Government of Ontario) is accepting submissions for firms to qualify on a Vendor of Record (VOR) for Value Management Services. The submission date is January 27, 2022. The Proponent should demonstrate its experience in performing work similar in scope, complexity and estimated value as the Scope of Work stated in this Request Document, by including a detailed description of the Corporate Firms qualifications and experience including but not limited to: 

(A)     Minimum Ten (10) years of experience in  value management services of similar capital infrastructure projects;
(B)    Minimum ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in value management  of large-scale (>$25 million) capital infrastructure projects; 
(C)    Minimum ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in value management of large-scale (>$25 million) capital infrastructure projects, including but not limited to: 

I)    Bus and light rail rapid transit, stations and subways
II)    Work involving multiple stakeholders.
(D)    Minimum ten (5) years of demonstrated experience in value management services in disciplines including, but not limited to: 
I)    civil and structural, specifically bridges;
II)    earthworks and grading;
III)    environmental compliance; 
IV)    track and signals;
V)    electrical;
(E)  
 VI)    cost management;
VII)    risk.
